Braking system: The function of the braking system is to slow down or stop the car in the shortest distance as needed to ensure driving safety. The braking system generally consists of a service brake and a parking brake. Service brakes can be divided into disc brakes and drum brakes, with disc brakes being commonly used in automotive braking systems.
